This is a summary of our new privacy policy which takes effect on August 1st, 2018. The detailed policy follows the same structure as this summary and constitutes the actual legal document.
SonoSuite has never sold your information for advertising or shown third-party ads — and never will. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who can access it, and your choices.
We only collect the information necessary to provide services, like your name and contact details. We do not store credit card information. We also collect basic technical data when you visit our sites.
We may receive data indirectly if you use services like Google or LinkedIn to sign in, or interact with us on social media.
We use your information to maintain your account, detect unauthorized access, communicate with you, and improve our services. Legal grounds include your consent, service necessity, or legitimate business interest.
Access is limited to authorized personnel. Third parties we work with are required to protect your data securely.
If you handle other people’s data using SonoSuite (e.g., customer data), you remain the data owner. We process that data strictly according to your instructions and delete it when no longer required.
Our products are not directed at individuals under 16. If a minor’s data is identified, it will be deleted.
We use strong administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access to your data.
Our site may contain links to third-party websites not governed by this policy. Please review their privacy practices before sharing information.
We may disclose personal information if required by law, to prevent fraud, or to protect user safety.
In the event of a merger or acquisition, the new entity will honor this Privacy Policy.
We may modify this Privacy Policy with notice. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated policy.
The data you provide may be processed on servers located in the US, following the EU-US Privacy Shield. You can contact us anytime at hello@tunewave.in for questions or requests.
